My journey with photography began from something deeply personal.
My husband and I didn’t have the wedding we dreamed of..
and that experience shaped
the way I approach every couple I photograph.
We wanted to elope quietly and intentionally, but we were encouraged into a large traditional wedding that never felt like us. We did not hire a professional photographer and we walked away with only one blurry photo of our first kiss. It is still my biggest ache.
That experience changed everything for me. It made me deeply protective of the couples I work with. I want you to enjoy your day without pressure. I want you to choose what feels right instead of what others expect. And I want you to walk away with photographs that hold the entire story of your love in a way that feels real and beautiful.
A FEW THINGS THAT MAKE ME WHO I AM
I am married to my high school sweetheart and being a wife and mom is one of my greatest joys.
I am also a combat sports competitor who loves stepping into the ring and surprising people with that side of me. The contrast between softness and strength has shaped the way I see the world and the way I capture love.
I am obsessed with vintage cameras and the history they carry. When my husband and I go antiquing, I search for old cameras and tell him the stories behind each one. I love film, Super8, and anything that carries a sense of nostalgia and artistry.
Photography is my medium and my voice. It is where my love for art lives.
